History and passion
Over 11 years ago, in Gembloux, a charming little Belgian town, Jacinta decided to turn her passion for baking into a real adventure. Since childhood, she has found joy in homemade treats, inspired by moments spent in her mother's kitchen, where laughter, comfort, and freshly baked cakes were shared. Very early on, a love of good food became a language for her, a way to connect with others and convey simple, sincere emotions.
The workshop and the know-how
Trained in hospitality and culinary arts in New York, Jacinta dreamed of turning her passion into a career. She started modestly, with four cookie recipes prepared in her own kitchen and shared with friends and family. Word quickly spread: her cookies were a hit. Seeing this enthusiasm, her husband Raphaël transformed an old family barn into a professional kitchen. And so, Cookies Belgium was born, an artisanal venture built on passion and perseverance.
The CookieMobile and Sharing
Aujourd’hui, Cookies Belgium propose 15 variétés de cookies et 8 sortes de gâteaux, distribués dans des supermarchés, des épiceries fines et servis en dessert dans des restaurants de la région. Malgré son développement, l’entreprise reste fidèle à ses valeurs : des ingrédients naturels, sans conservateurs, une fabrication artisanale et ce goût d’authenticité qui rappelle les recettes d’autrefois. Présente aussi sur les marchés et événements grâce à la Cookiemobile, Jacinta partage ses douceurs lors d’anniversaires, mariages ou événements d’entreprise, avec toujours la même envie : offrir des moments gourmands simples et vrais.
